The Service and Support Manager is responsible for managing the Service and Support staff who supply Alpha Video customers with support during business hours and after business hours (24x7 on call technicians).
The Sales Engineer-DS/IPTV/AV role will design and specify technology solutions for organizations in different market verticals.
The Broadcast Systems Design Engineer shall design and implement solutions for broadcast, sports, educational and corporate clients.
The AV Systems Design Engineer shall design and implement solutions for corporate, educational, gaming, sports, and broadcast clients.
The Broadcast Specialist’s primary responsibility shall be to adjust, test, configure and commission Broadcast & IT systems, bringing projects to completion and ensuring quality.
This position is key to ensure successful integrations for all Alpha Video clients.
Be responsible for prospecting and developing new business within casinos across all of Alpha Video’s capabilities.
This is a customer facing role and the PMO is responsible for managing the customer relationship from contract signature through to execution and hand-off to Support. The Project Management team is held accountable for adhering to the PMO delivery framework and standards, using PMO delivery templates, and delivering projects in accordance to the PMO policies and procedures. All members of the PMO team are required to understand structured project delivery methodologies, vendor management, and customer management in challenging environments.
This position will be responsible for sales of Alpha Video’s cutting-edge audio/visual products and services, broadcast design solutions and media integration technology to targeted vertical markets.
