This is a customer facing role and the PMO is responsible for managing the customer relationship from contract signature through to execution and handoff to Support. The Project Management team is held accountable for adhering to the PMO delivery framework and standards, using PMO delivery tempaltes, and deliving projects in accordance to the PMO policies and procedures. All members of the PMO team are required to understand structured project delivery methodologies, vendor management, and customer management in challenging environments.
The CAD Drafter shall utilize AutoCAD to document and communicate AV, broadcast, and IT system design intent and connectivity. He or she will collaborate closely with engineering to transform a vision into a drawing set for installation and client reference. In addition, the CAD Drafter shall be an internal resource and coordinator for CAD best practices and standards, and will maintain the internal block database.
The Director of PMO is responsible for developing, implementing, training, governing and sustaining best practices in the areas of project management, change management and process improvement. This position will provide overall strategic direction for the oganization’s project management, change management and process improvement practices. The Director of PMO will build a culture of continuous improvement and partner with the VP of Tech Ops to formulate and execute the quality improvement strategy to drive improved performance in innovation, quality, service, and efficiency in the PMO.
The Technical Support Specialist handles customer issues involving all of Alpha’s solutions. These issues may be complex involving application setup, administration and availability with a focus on the following technologies (HTML, JavaScript, .NET, MS-SQL and IIS). The Support Specialist will work with his/her Support team members and other resources to identify and resolve more difficult issues with the digital signage applications in an effort to identify defects, develop application workarounds and resolve customer issues related to use. Issues will be entered in a call database and tracked through to resolution.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the human resources function by partnership with employees and key leaders within Alpha
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading Engineering team to success and alignment within Alpha. This position requires strong leadership attributes with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and motivate staff toward action and achieving goals. The Engineering Manager has accountability for all aspects of group operation and direction in support of Alphas’ goals and customer expectations. They will also be responsible for developing and administering budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance standards for the group. They will be an active participant on the business strategy team and will provide input critical to promoting advanced development efforts.
The Senior Director of Technical Operations (PMO, Integration, Engineering, Service & Support) is an integral member of the Executive Team and responsible for holding the their team accountable within the PMO, Integration, Engineering & Service. This position will support the Executive Team to create organizational clarity, communication and consistency. This position will be responsible for operating on logic to drive results, force resolution, focus team unity, prioritization and follow-through.
