A New Level of Guest Engagement
Coushatta Casino Resort wanted to introduce their guests to the fun and excitement of a true Las Vegas-style sportsbook. Coushatta's management and marketing teams had always been state-wide leaders in implementing new casino technology. Offering a sportsbook venue was another way to use the latest audiovisual technology to expand their appeal to current and new guests alike.
Besides the new sportsbook, it was important for Coushatta that their existing digital signage and IPTV investment was upgraded to offer the best possible guest experience. Key to that effort was the ability to display floor-wide jackpot celebrations and add new table game signage and odds board kiosks. Along with the addition of an enterprise-class IPTV system, the entire digital signage and IPTV upgrade took guest engagement to a new level.
With over 50 years of audiovisual integration and digital signage deployment experience, Alpha Video was uniquely suited to help Coushatta meet its goals. Alpha Video not only integrated a stunning sportsbook video wall but also designed the system to be easy for casino staff to manage. A simplified control panel layout allowed staff to choose from multiple video wall configurations and make sound adjustments as needed. Alpha Video also used its experience in software development to provide a table game signage solution. The unique table game solution makes it easy for a Pit Boss to update the table game name, min/max bets, and even add promotional content for one, some, or all the table games on the gaming floor.
To bring the entire solution together, Alpha Video upgraded Coushatta with a next-generation IPTV distribution system to manage their digital signage content. All screens can not only display casino promotional content, guest information, and jackpot celebrations; they can also switch to live satellite TV channels to show the big game or event. Along with Alpha Video's help creating professionally designed branded content for the screens, the entire visual experience in the casino was all part of a single-source solution provided by Alpha Video.
